The state of New Mexico has voted to adopt the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) which will increase the minimum R-value requirements for commercial roofing insulation on new construction and re-reroofing projects. This code will take effect in about six months. Please take a look at the map of New Mexico below for areas that you may be working in and the chart for combinations of Polyiso insulation from Versico Roofing Systems/Hunter Panels to meet the minimum R-value requirements for that area.
