Versico’s VersiFleece roofing systems are a great direct recovery application for occupied buildings and can retrofit over existing single-ply membrane, smooth-surface BUR or modified cap sheets. Versico’s 12′ and 10′ VersiFleece sheets reduce the frequency of field seams by as much as 75% compared to 3′-wide rolls of Mod Bit. White VersiFleece TPO and PVC membranes are highly reflective, have increased puncture resistance, and increased hail damaged resistance – making them perfect for any retrofit single-ply installation.
